Had a boss time, la! The room was absolutely stunning with a rooftop jacuzzi, perfect for chillin'. The only downside was the food could get a bit repetitive towards the end. it was a fantastic getaway with sound staff that made us feel right at home!

The Suite with Spa Bath was stunning! Super spacious and clean, which was great. We loved the rooftop jacuzzi—such a cool spot to chill after a long day. The kitchen was a nice touch, though we didn't use it since we had full board. The beds were a bit hard, though. Just a heads up if you prefer plush mattresses.

The location presents a challenge. reaching the beach requires a daunting 25-30 minute walk, which isn't ideal for families. Multiple guests expressed concerns about the food quality, citing limited options and repetitiveness. Outside pool area flooring is slippery, with several instances of slips reported, making it potentially hazardous for children and adults alike. the near-constant presence of flies in the dining room due to inadequate cleanliness was hard to overlook. the hotel could use a refreshing touch to make it more appealing.

the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially during meal times, making sure everything was perfect. the pool area felt private and the setting was vibrant with trees and flowers, creating a lovely atmosphere.

The location was fantastic, being just a stone's throw from a lovely shopping centre and only a short distance to a renowned water park. The well-equipped apartment made for a comfortable stay, and the rooftop terrace added a touch of luxury with its sun loungers and a hot tub.

While the overall stay was enjoyable, there was no shampoo or shower gel provided in the bathroom.

I found the drinks during breakfast fell flat and the Wi-Fi connection was only decent, even from the farthest rooms. Lastly, the presence of flies during meal times was hard to ignore, casting a shadow on the dining experience.
